Each winter Westminster Churches Winter Shelter (WCWS), a partnership of 6 churches and The West London Day Centre, provide a safe, warm and welcoming space for men and women who otherwise face sleeping rough across the city in freezing conditions.

 

Each night the shelter rolls from one venue to the next, offering 15 rough sleepers a 3 course dinner, comfortable bed and breakfast each night of the week from 1st December - 31st March. The majority of the shelters are hosted by volunteers.

 

Sleeping bags, mattresses, venue and hospitality costs are provided through the generous donations of supporters.
