Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is a really important charity to me - I had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia twice as a child.

It is now 16 years since my treatment finished, and I will be running the London Marathon (26.2 mile distance) to fundraise for this charity.

Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research's work and support network is vital to many blood cancer patients and their families, and helped me when I was ill. Training has been underway since October, and in preparation I have run three half marathons in January.
