Yes it's me again, out to bother and harrass you for a few of your hard earned pennies. This time, it's serious! No 3 mile meander around Saltwell Park, I'm hoping to complete the Great North Run in one piece, and I would be really grateful if you could throw a couple of quid my way?

You know that Cancer charities are close to my heart, this year I would like to raise as much as I can for Marie Curie Cancer Care. This wonderful charity provides care to terminally ill patients in their own homes or in their hospices, also providing much needed support to the families.
