My name is Maicie and I am 6 years old. On the 30th November 2018 my baby brother Archer was still born at 25 weeks.  So he did not get to come home and spend his life with us.  It was really hard but this very special charity helped us through it and I want to say thank you to them.

I am running The Little Half 2019, which is the final 2.4 miles of the London half marathon route, as my way of remembering him and raising money to help more families like us.

The money I raise will go to Aching Arms to help them provide the gift of a teddy bear from one bereaved family to another.  Their aim is to raise awareness of the impact of pregnancy and baby loss and bring some comfort to bereaved parents and family's after the loss of their baby.

The bear we received has bought so much comfort to us, we now hope to help the charity carry on its amazing work.
