On Sunday I will by running/trotting around the 10 miles course that makes up the Great South Run in sunny Portsmouth. I am running in aid of a fantastically worthwhile charity - The Ellen MacArthur Trust (http://www.ellenmacarthurtrust.org/).

　

The Trust takes young people sailing to help them regain their confidence, on their way to recovery from cancer, leukaemia and other serious illness.

　

Any amount of sponsorship would be greatly appreciated (even the loose change down the back of your sofas…).
