We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to support the SGB Charity Fund.

On Sunday 9th June, my cousin, Matt and I are dusting off our running shoes and taking part in the Derby Half Marathon, to raise funds for this amazing charity.

Most of you will know why this charity is so important to us, however for those that don't, unfortunately, we lost someone exceptionally special to us in January 2016 to a Glioblastoma Brain Tumour - my brother / Matt's cousin.

Simeon was diagnosed in February 2015 - he fought his battle with complete dignity, keeping a smile on his face and never really sharing the pain he was in to protect the ones he loved - we are both so lucky to have had him in our lives.

Whilst raising money won't bring Simeon back, any funds we do raise will go towards researching high risk brain tumours and may help another family from having to go through the heartbreak of losing their loved one.

Every single penny really does make a difference, so thank you again for taking the time to support us meet our target.
