Well, it seemed a good idea at the time...................and deep down I know it still is!       

I have been given an amazing opportunity through my work and CRUK to run the London 2016 Marathon.  Those who know me well know I have run off and on, but I wouldn't class myself as a 'runner', so this is definitely a huge challenge for me. 

Unfortunately I know many people who have had their or their families lives interrupted by cancer.  All I can say is I believe that the more money we raise, the more research that can be done and with that research the more likely it is that advances can be made, that one day might lead to a cure.
