Story

On Saturday 10th September 2022, I will be attempting my first ever Ultra Marathon! London Thames Path challenge, 100km continuous (just over 62 miles!)

I think I can safely say this is going to be one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life.

I will be doing this, in the hope that I can raise as much money as I possibly can for Emily’s wonderful school.

In September 2017, shortly after Emily’s diagnosis, she was lucky enough to be offered a place at Sherbourne Fields Special School. I honestly can not put into words how amazing the school is, the support they provide for families and the wonderful work they do with all the children.

Fundraising has been massively affected over the last two years and makes such a huge difference to the education of the students. Donations go towards experiences and trips for the children to enjoy, extra resources, improving the existing facilities and technology, and building new outdoor learning spaces.

This school has turned Emily’s life around and has given us so much hope for the future. I would love to be to do something amazing and be able to give something back to them.

Please, if you can donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean so much to me. Thank you xx
