This year, Beechwood Cancer Care Centre is celebrating it's 25th birthday and the launch of the Silver Wing Appeal so, throughout 2015, Fran and I are going to attempt to finish 10x10Ks to raise £10K. It's a huge amount of money hence the demanding challenge we have set and we will try our very best to succeed  and raise the full amount- This page will stay open until the end of 2015.

Fran is thirty-four and has had Cerebral Palsy since birth - He is confined to a wheelchair and unable to assist in any way. We estimate Fran and his wheelchair to be over 13  stone in weight so this is going to be quite a challenge but for a very worthy cause.

A full list of the 10ks we are participating in will be posted once confirmation has been received.

Beechwood Cancer Care Centre requires at least £3000. per day to keep the self-funded Centre going which is invaluable to patients and their families who are battling cancer.
