I knew sitting next to the fundraising manager at work on a thursday would be a bad thing.  There was I moaning about how unfit I was and how fit I had got when I was running the 10K the year before, and before I knew what was happening I found myself agreeing to do it again!!  This time I have only had 8 weeks to train and have been huffing and puffing around the streets of Crawley thinking - WHY???  

The reason is that Outreach 3 Way is a small west sussex based charity who helps adults with learning disabilities.  Often overlooked because, lets be honest, it is does not have the cuteness of some charities or the worthiness of others. 

Why should I donate?

Apart from the joy of knowing I will be half killing myself (if last year is anything to go by) dragging myself round the streets of London with a very red face and very white legs. 

Every penny you give will directly benefit the people who use our services.  It may be put towards a new conservatory in a residential home, a day trip or equipment for our High Support Unit.  Every penny you give will have an immediate impact on the people we support.
