I am raising funds for LifeCare Edinburgh because they are a fantastic charity that supports older people remain independent in their own homes and helps to eliminate social isolation.  LifeCare Edinburgh's work with people with dementia and their support of their carers is much needed in society and will become more necessary as our population ages.  

Those of you that know me will be aware that I have not done anything like this in a L O N G time, so 10K is really like a marathon for me. Please give generously and make this worth my pain for such a great cause.
