I am doing an Olympic distance Triathlon on Sunday 19th August at the Brett Ashford Triathlon event - Julie Rose Stadium. It's 1,500m swim followed by a 40km bike ride then 10km run. I hope the weather is nice! It's my 2nd Triathlon and first at this distance. I am hoping for a sub 3 hr time but will be glad to finish and rasie a few pennyiss for charity so please help out if you can.
