At the beginning of 2014, my Dad Thomas was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer, he has now come through surgery, and is currently working through chemotherapy. It was only down to a routine sample test done via the post!!!!! that this was discovered so early on! I really want to raise as much money as possible to help this charity, especially after they have helped my Dad so much.

Now, i am not a runner - by any stretch of the imagination, (the longest distance i have ever run is 10k (and i was conned into that!!!) but i am going to give it my best!!! so please support me and help me to raise as much as possible by giving whatever you can afford :D :D :D
