My story is is one of sadness and heartbreak for our whole family. As you will all know from the news.. Keith took his own life through reasons we will never know. My beautiful boys have lost their dad to this cruel illness and to other family members... A brother...Uncle and son.  The help was there for him but for his own reasons he was unsure to take it. I spent the last month with Keith talking and talking... Making plans for the boys, the future for them. He constantly repeated. "talk to me, tell me what your thinking". Depression and anxiety touches thousands of families, we never thought it would touch ours in the way that it has. I couldnt be there when Keith needed me. The most. But I can help others that need the support of  the valuable mental health teams around us. So I am going to do this walk for Keith and our two sons, please donate to my choice of charity .MIND  it will mean so much to us ans many others.
