It is with great pleasure that I will be running the Virgin London Marathon for Beating Bowel Cancer in memory of my amazing sister Hannah who passed away in April 2013.

Hannah was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2011 and being completely honest I really didn't believe I'd ever be writing this, Hannah lost her fight in April 2013 just 20 days after her 30th birthday.

Beating Bowel Cancer is a charity which means such a huge amount to myself and my family. Most importantly it meant such a huge amount to Hannah during her fight; providing her with support and care when she really needed it but also giving her the chance to meet others who were fighting cancer or who had beaten it.

I can't really put into words how much this means to me but I can promise I am going to give absolutely everything in completing this, more importantly though, I want to raise the awareness Beating Bowel Cancer deserves.

Please sponsor what you can, big or small as every amount will make such a difference.

And for those who believe I won't be able to do this, please also sponsor me..because I'd like to prove you wrong.
