Story

Daarul Huda Mosque under the umbrella of Bedford Islamic Education Trust was established in 2015 and is the only Islamic institute in Bedford which provides specialised Islamic education facilities to cater for the growing needs of the community. Last year with the help of your support we were able to undertake an complete an extension project. Alhumdulilah the facility can now cater for up to 300 people and has more than 250 enrolled students, with the numbers increasing weekly.

In this blessed month of Ramadan we hope to pay make this Masjid debt free and hence reaching out for your support. This will undoubtedly be an eternal investment (Sadqa Jariah) in a month in which rewards are guaranteed to be multiplied many-fold. The prophet (SAW) has mentioned '“Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him likewise in Paradise.” (Sahih Muslim)

The aim of Daarul Huda is to produce Ulama and leaders who are competent in the Islamic sciences such as Tafsir and Hadith, and who also possess the professional skills necessary to serve, guide and lead the Muslim community. Daarul Huda’s overall curriculum is designed to produce specialism and academic excellence on the one hand as well as widely promote and facilitate the study of the Islamic Sciences and elevate the standard of Islamic learning in Muslims of all ages and backgrounds.
