Story

In 2015, Sing For Water Cardiff raised a staggering £51,518 for WaterAid. And on Sunday June 18th this year, the Cardiff University Staff Choir will join this massed choir of over 600 singers!

We have been working hard for months to learn the 6 songs in glorious 4 part harmony, including songs in Welsh, Lakota native American, and Sesotho. Each singer has made a commitment to raise £50 in fundraising for this extremely worthwhile charity. The performance takes place at 3pm on the steps of the Oval Basin (Plas Roald Dahl).  We hope you will come along to support us, and if possible help us with our fundraising!

WaterAid help the world’s poorest communities to transform their lives with clean water. One in ten people don’t have access to safe water and one in three don’t have access to a decent toilet. We want a world where everyone everywhere has these basic human rights by 2030. Together we can make that happen!
