I decided to participate in the Great south run on behalf of Solent MS Therapy Centre. They are a charity foundation that provides treatment and support to multiple sclerosis sufferers. The staff is wonderful and very passionate about what they do. I've done the Greath South Run for them 3 years ago in 1:39,32. This year the goal is to get under 1:30.
