i360 Abseil in aid of the Trevor Mann Baby Unit, 19 May 2019
A team of 25 brave supporters are abseiling 450ft down Brighton's i360 to raise vital funds for Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Charity.

Story

On Sunday 19 May 2019, 7 staff from the Trevor Mann Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will be taking the plunge and abseiling 450ft down the Brighton i360 to raise vital funds for the Trevor Mann Baby Unit! Please sponsor us to help raise vital funds to make life better for the babies and their families on the Neonatal Unit.

The Trevor Mann Baby Unit  in Brighton is a specialist unit for the care of premature and sick newborn babies. It provides special care, high dependency care and intensive care. It also provides a service for babies requiring surgery. We admit babies from across the South region for specialist care.

The staff taking part in the abseil are Rachel Beston, Jonathan Radcliffe, Melanie Hobson, Samantha Walters, Corie Hoelters, Sammy Wadsworth, Naylia Mogal and Sasha Nye. We are staff on the Trevor Mann Baby Unit and are taking part to raise funds for vital equipment that could have such a positive effect on the care that the babies receive on our unit.
