In January 2025 we lost our lovely Dad to Alzheimer's disease. Dad was an ex Royal Marine, he loved a good walk and he also loved a challenge! He would very much approve of me pushing myself to undertake this trek and the fact that it is around London, where he grew up, just adds to the relevance of this for me. I am doing this walk to honour my Dad and to help support Alzheimer's society and give hope to those affected by dementia.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and by providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research.

Please help me to hit my target of £300 to help other people like my Dad.
