Companies in Leeds city centre are competing in Heart Research UK's Beat It Battle, a fun and testing team challenge, kindly hosted by Firehouse Fitness, Leeds. Teams will work as hard as they can during gym classes in a battle to win on effort against other companies, improve their personal fitness and raise money for Heart Research UK. The challenge is measured using MyZone technology which shows how much effort each individual is putting in so they can compete with every class they do . Their effort and attendance will give them a weekly team score and they can see how they're tracking against the other teams. It's an innovative and exciting challenge which will really test the team and the individual, regardless of their fitness. All the money raised through the registration fee, and the sponsorship will fund pioneering medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.
