We started off running together then we progressed to cycling, even triathlon! And so here we are taking on probably our biggest challenge to date, the Lap of Anglia - 435 miles around East Anglia over 4 days which starts and finishes at King's Lynn. 

Day 1 King's Lynn to Norwich - 102 miles

Day 2 Norwich to Ipswich - 107 miles

Day 3 Ipswich to Luton - 102 miles

Day 4 Luton to King's Lynn - 124 miles
