We wanted to help raise awareness of the work of Age UK West Cumbria by taking part in the 100 for 100. The charity provide some really life changing services to our elderly and vulnerable family members and friends which is even more important at this challenging time. Since the 3 of us turned 40 dyring lockdown we need to start thinking about our own impending old age otherwise it'll be the 3 of us in some weird family bubble for the rest of our lives....
