We enable people with learning disabilities to live the lives they choose

Story

Sometime ago I mentioned that I liked cycling and rashly accepted the challenge of joining the Brandon Trust team in their quest to raise vital charity funds by cycling from London to Brighton...Well, it meant that I had a prepared excuse for not taking part in the Bristol Half Marathon, but the terror of the distance is now sinking in ...

With the trip approaching, I thought I'd share with you the reason for putting myself through so much saddle pain and I hope you will agree that it is for a good cause.

I know we all get asked frequently for donations so forgive me, but if you would like to a make a donation via this Just giving website, you will hopefully find it easy to follow.

I am raising money for Brandon Trust, a Bristol based UK charity working throughout the South West of England, who support approximately 1500 people with learning disabilities to live the lives they choose.

Brandon Trust is an innovative charity with a range of services: Supported Living, Education, Work, Learning and Leisure, plus various types of registered Residential Services. Brandon Trust centres on the needs of individuals.

If you are interested in tracking the pain in the lead up to and on the day, you can follow our progress on Twitter @trekkingtracey, if I don’t drop my phone between the spokes!

So please dig deep and if you donate THANK YOU SO MUCH!! x
