Story

The Towans care home have two members of staff taking part in a charity abseil to raise money for an amazing charity.

Jo, our activities coordinator and Debra, our manager/owner are joining Louise our hair dresser in a 150ft abseil to raise money for a charity close to their hearts.

Jo’s own daughter needed heart surgery as a baby and Louise’s son, who is sadly no longer with us, also had a heart condition and Louise fundraises tirelessly in his memory throughout the year.

All three ladies are a little terrified at the prospect of a 150ft drop!  But will be braving it for this very special cause.
