The Tour of Lockdown is taking place from 05/11/20 to 02/12/20 to coincide with the English lockdown but everybody irrespective of location can take part.

Throughout the tour duration, you can complete as many activities as you like (referred to as "Stages"), individually or within the social distancing and lockdown rules. An activity can be anything from a 15 minute walk around the block to 3 hour rowing session on an indoor trainer, or any other activity recorded by Strava. There will be also a couple of (optional) group indoor bike rides if you are on Zwift.

It's not a competition but an encouragement to stay active, keeping physically and mentally healthy. If you join the Strava "Tour of Lockdown" club, we will record your total activity time and send you an update once a week. I am just working how to give you badges and other rewards, for instance if you complete all stages. So all what you need to do is join the club here:
