Henry started to write Thoughts on a Wine Cellar when he realized that he was not going to be able to enjoy the future with his family and legions of friends. He wanted to give us all a guide to wines a had a laid down and an opportunity to hear his voice when he was no longer with us. He has left us with a marvellous gift.
