Story

The Ride did take place as re-arranged last weekend but now I've come down with a Virus which has put me off work this week.

The ride it's self went very well although some of the Towpaths were not Excellent for Riding on evan with a Mountain Bike.

An early Frosty start to the ride on Sunday morning but not too cold, the weather through out the ride was very good.

Finishing back in Leeds approx 14.30hrs, I asked some one to take a photo of me at the end then off to meet the wife for the lift home.

A BIG Thank You to everyone who Sponsered the Ride.

Thx again Tony Taylor.....xx

The Ride will take place Sat 6-4-13 approx 9.30am ending on Sunday 7-4-13 early afternoon in Leeds.

I will check in and Post on Face book as I do the route....

*********************  Please Note***********

Due to the Adverse Weather Conditions we have had here in the Uk ie :- Snow etc, I have decided to Postpone the ride for at least another 2---3 weeks until the weather Improves.

The other reason is, I am now doing the ride on my own as Mark has been Involved in Serious Road Accident in Scotland 11.3.2013 and is unable to do the ride due to his Injurys, Safety comes first, I will post on Facebook when I am due to start the ride....

Thank You Tony Taylor...

Me and my mate Mark Bow in March 2013  24th/25th are doing a Charity cycle Ride on the Towpaths of the Leeds To Liverpool Canal System. We are starting at Liverpool and making our way to Leeds to the end point all 127 miles to be done over 2 days.

We have decided to do the ride for fun but then decided to Raise Money for The National Autistic Society.

All sponser money raised will go to the Charity, our expences are all Self Funding. Also the other reason why we are doing the ride for Charity is Marks son of 12 has Autisum. So please make our Challenge worth it and Sponser us both evan if it's only £1. Thank very much Tony & Mark.
