Story
We're going to be taking on the London Marathon on Sunday 21 April for The Brain Tumour Charity, after the sudden death of our beloved son and brother, Louie, in March 2023.
Louie was only 18 when he passed away but in those 18 years he left a lasting impression on everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. He did - and always will - mean the world to us all. As we put in the winter miles, the early starts, the late evenings, the dreaded ice baths, blisters and beyond, we'll be doing it with him alongside us both, pushing us on and giving us a nudge to run that last mile and cross the finish line.
For us, this race is for Louie and every other person who has suffered/is suffering with a brain tumour. We run to not only honour them, but to raise as much money as possible towards The Brain Tumour charity in the hope that the money raised can help others avoid the heartbreak Louie's family & friends continue to navigate with the strength, love and togetherness that we both know would make Louie proud.
No matter how big or small, your donations mean the world to us and support our mission in backing The Charity's movement to help people with brain tumours live longer and better lives.
