For my Granny. 

My family and I are currently living through the impacts of Dementia. My Granny has deteriorated over the last few years to the point where she can no longer recognise her own family members.

I want to try to do everything I can to help prevent this happening to other families 

In 2017, Alzheimer’s and other dementias became the leading cause of death in the UK.
