On 13 December 2023, it will be the 20-year anniversary of my brain tumour diagnosis. Over the years I have done a number of fundraising events to raise awareness of the condition and want to make this year bigger than ever and mark the occasion with friends and family.
Lucy and I will be undertaking all 20 walks in the UK and Ireland and would love anyone who is able to join us along the way.
These are the walks and scheduled dates:

- Sunday 29 Jan: London Walking Marathon
- Saturday 4 Feb: Coniston, Lake District
- Saturday 18 March: Keilder
- Saturday 25 March: Cotswolds Way, Stroud
- Sunday 2 April: Marlow
- Sunday 16 April: Theydon Bois
- Saturday 30 April: Beadnell, Northumberland coast
- Weds 3 May: Yorkshire - Ingleborough
- Thur 4 May: Yorkshire - Pen y Ghent
- Monday 29 May: Cosgrove, Bucks
- Sunday 11 June: New Forest
- Monday 26 June: Croagh Patrick, Ireland
- Saturday 29 July: Greenwich to Bermondsey
- Saturday 5 August: Jurassic Coast, West Bay
- Saturday 23 September: Hadrians Wall, Northumberland
- Saturday 14 October. South downs way
- Saturday 18 November. Kent
- Sunday 10 December. Santa hat walk! The Chilterns
