I am raising funds on behalf of the Ben Kinsella Trust, a fantastic small charity with a big mission; to tackle knife crime through education and to campaign for action. 

Knife crime remains one of our country’s biggest problems. It rose by 11% in 2022 and in 2021 London recorded its highest ever number of teenage murders (90% were murdered with a knife). Violence is not inevitable and it can be stopped, of which the incredible work of The Ben Kinsella Trust proves this. 

100 miles in one day is far beyond anything I have ever attempted! But I am determined to commit the hours, days, weeks of training to support such an important cause. 

Any donations, big or small, will enable the Trust to deliver its vital work with young people across the country, to #stopknifecrime
