Story
I want to start out by saying that I am not a big fan of asking people for money on any level so I don't normally do things for charity because I find it awkward. On the other hand I am doing a series of endurance events next year and if the physical pain that I am going to be enduring over the events detailed below can improve the lives of others even a tiny bit then why shouldn't I at least try and help in any way I can?
NONE of the money you donate will be going to my event registration costs as I am doing these events for my own enjoyment/challenge, but like I said, if others can benefit as well then why not?
Over the next 12 months I will be doing at least the following events:
13.1 mile run – Manchester Half marathon - October 16: 1 hour 38 mins
88 mile bike ride – Wiggle along the welsh border - March 19: 5 hours 15 mins
26.2 mile run Manchester Marathon - April 2: 3 hours 28 mins
