Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday, 30th July 2011 we shall be completing a 50 mile bike ride to raise money for Gosset Ward at Northampton General Hospital.

On 22nd October 2010 Tom's daughter, Olivia, entered the world six and a half weeks early.  She spent 20 days in Gosset, NGH's Special Care Baby Unit, where she received fantastic care.  Olivia is now eight months old and you wouldn't know that she had been a prem baby!  Tom and Linda consider themselves to be very fortunate to have spent a reasonably short time on Gosset, however whilst there they could not fail to be touched by some of the other families stories and the fact that babies can spend months in SCBU.  The staff on Gosset do a wonderful job to make it feel as normal as possible for the parents whilst their babies are taken care of.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you

Tom & James
