Hi, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page! This October, I’ll be running both the Cardiff and Bath Half Marathons, fundraising for the National Autistic Society.

When our son, Grayson, was diagnosed with Autism alongside some developmental challenges, we had so many questions, worries and misconceptions about what life would look like for him and our family.

In the time since diagnosis, Grayson has shown us the beautiful, unique and amazing way he sees the world - and has taught us more about love than we ever thought possible. But there are still challenges we, and other families face - The National Autistic Society does an incredible job in supporting families like ours and in raising awareness and understanding of autism, campaigning to improve misconceptions, and creating programmes to provide practical support to autistic people.

I’ve found running has given me the contemplative space in challenging moments, so this feels a fitting challenge to raise money for a cause now so close our hearts.
