Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On the 21st March we will be attempting to ride the full length of the Trans Pennine Trail, Southport to Hornsey, in less than 24 hours. We have previously done two long day rides - Way of the Roses and the C2C. This one will be the longest yet at 215 miles!

The main reason is to inspire the children in the schools Tom works with to cycle to school as part of  Sustrans' yearly competition - The Big Pedal. The idea being that 'if I can ride across Britain in a day then surely its not too much to ask you lot to ride to school on that day?!' Last year the biggest bike counts at Tom's schools were on the day that we rode the C2C.

All funds raised will go to Sustrans to support their fantastic work helping people to choose healthier, cleaner and cheaper journeys and enjoy better, safer spaces where they live.
