2015 Marks 10 years since my mum passed away, so in memory of her, and my uncle Simon, who passed away in 2013, I'm recreating Simon's mammoth John o'Groats to Lands End bike ride of 2008.

I'll be doing it alone, unsupported, and there is a Facebook page, and a website in order to follow progress, offer advice, and keep up to date with progress events and the journey itself.

The plan is to start on May 14th 2015, as Simon's journey started on May 14th 2008.

Thats not all that's going on however, you may have found your way here due to the 24hr Exercise Bike Challenge, 2 Exercise Bikes in reception at the Holiday Inn Chatham/Rochester on September 5/6th, one with me on for 24 hrs (minus loo breaks) and one which we're calling the peoples bike, which has 24 volunteers giving an hour each and raising money here. 

Throughout the course of the year, we will be putting on some other events as part of my "Year of Change" #BeBetter2014.
