Story

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I finished this trail marathon http://www.trailmarathonwales.com/ in 5 hours 39 minutes - and to say it was brutal was an understatement at times but I kept the thought of Simon and all my sponsors faith in me when things got tough and it spurred me on; As you know, this fundraising is in memory of my nephew Simon and to try and raise funds for the BMTU (Bone Marrow Transplant Unit) at Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital and I am thrilled to have passed my target - but now want to continue raising as much as I can; As suggested by Simon's former consultant professor Rob Wynn, these funds are to decorate a room on the BMTU in Simon's memory and for future children to have a not so sterile looking environment to recover in post transplant.

Cheers,

Tim
