On 5th October, I'm donning Lycra and joining fellow cyclists in a 45 mile ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle.  I'm doing this to raise money for the Prince's Trust to help them continue the fantastic work they do with young and disadvantaged people across the UK.
