Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.   As you may have seen I have been training  hard over the past few months for one more 100km hike .

  This time it's the Thames Path Challenge over two days from Putney to Runnymede then on to Henley.  

It's a decent distance but it's for a fantastic cause ..Dementia UK.

Please give what you can if you can.
