I'm running the Great Manchester Run for #TeamStroke!

I am running for my Dad who suffered from a stroke, my Mum who helped many people with her great work for the CHSA and for me to get fit again after my stroke. I really appreciate your support.

Stroke Association believes everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke.
