Both Simon and I have, in the last 2 years, lost our Fathers to cancer. Macmillan provide phenomenal support to so many and if we can raise a few pounds (while we lose a few) to help their team to continue their invaluable work, then all good.

It will also be funny to see Simon in Lycra.
