Bright Sparks is a great charity I've been involved with for over 10 years as Secretary and Trustee. I particularly love the charity because we're all volunteers in the UK and all funds directly help people in need. We recently sent £20 to each of the 77 families whose children we support whilst the 'colony' (slum) is a Covid hot spot and the school is closed. I know that every £ donated makes a huge difference and will help us send teaching materials to the children, keep paying teachers salaries and rent - so the school can re-open in due course, and further emergency payments to the families if needed, and if we can afford it.
