Again this year, my family is participating in TriforLife to raise money for charities, including Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity and Whizz-Kidz (see www.triforlife.co.uk).

On July 10th, I will be participating in the Sprint Triathlon (400m Swim, 20km Bike, 5k Run); Morgane will be competing in the Kids' Duathlon (500m Run, 3km Bike, 500m Run); Max will be competing in the Kids' Scootathlon (400m Scoot, 400m Bike, 250m Run); and Thierry will be cheering us on from the sidelines!

Any contributions will be much appreciated and will be used to make real differences in the lives of children and families faced with terminal illnesses including cancer. Our family and friends have been affected in a variety of ways, and your loved ones have likely been touched as well. This is a great opportunity to do something for others that will be felt far and wide as well as close to home. Thank you in advance!!
