Hello!

Since running the Cardiff Half Marathon last October, the Tidy Team have caught the running bug - big time!

This time round it's just us girls running the Women's Running 10K in Bute Park on May 31st.  We will be running for the wonderful Cardiff based charity, Ty Hapus. 

Ty Hapus helps those living with the effects of early onset Alzheimers disease.  It also works with Alzheimer's Society to provide day time support to those with dementia as well as their loved ones.  It's a cause very close to our hearts and it would be wonderful if we could raise some money to support this local charity.
