Please sponsor Railway Children's staff team as they take on the Porterbrook Three Peaks Challenge by Rail!

Kate, Joe, Matt and Pete will be scaling the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 36 hours to support our work with vulnerable children in the UK, India and East Africa.

The team will be walking 23 miles (37km) and climbing 3064 metres (10,052ft), travelling by train between each mountain.

As staff, we know first hand what a difference the money we raise makes to the children we support. The work we do can literally be a matter of life and death.  Children on the streets in India, and in Tanzania don't know what they will eat next or where they will sleep, they have no-one - without us.  We don't just help them today but ensure their lives are changed for good.

The young people we support here in the UK have fallen through the cracks in the system. They may be living with mental ill-health, socially excluded, or running away from neglect, exploitation or abuse. Funding our work means that these young people can have someone on their side, giving them a voice and changing their stories.
