Story
On the 14th February I am doing a walk in aid of Bowel Cancer (Bobby Moore Fund). My mum (Barbara Thompson in pic) died of the disease aged 42, and other members of our family also died of the disease at a similar age. I am doing the walk in their memory. The walk is called the Big Football Tag, and a young boy called Jonjo Heuerman has organised the walk. He has raised nearly £100k for the charity, and this challenge includes all 92 football clubs in the professional league, in a relay. I am organising it for Liverpool Football Club. An Everton fan will come to meet me at Anfield and hand over the captains armband, I will then take it and walk on to Tranmere. This will then be passed all over the country until it gets to West Ham United, when Jonjo will then take it and walk to Wembley. http://www.fornannyandbobby.moonfruit.com/#/big-football-tag/4572617185
If you would like to join in the walk you can meet us at Anfield 1:30 on Thursday
