Story
I am doing a charity head shave for my brother who we have recently found out he has a head tumor, this was a huge shock to us all. It comes at a very worrying time as we can't visit him making it even harder. We both think we have great hair(even though we probably don't) so when I found he was going to have to shave it for his operation, I decided that I would join him in it. I will be live streaming it on Facebook so he and anyone else can watch (and laugh) as my hair cut as anyone who knows me knows I hate hair cuts.
It would be great if when leaving your donation you could leave a memory of my brother so he can read them in hospital and cheer his spirits. Here is just a bit of information about the charity my brother would like people to donate to as he is in the hallamshire hospital.
Brain Tumours can affect anyone, at any time. They are the single biggest killer of the under 40's in the UKEvery week approx 15 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour in Yorkshire. Research has been underfunded for brain tumours, with current treatments nearly 40 years old.We aim to fund world-class research here in Yorkshire to find treatments and a cure. Whilst we do that we will provide support to people living with and affected by brain tumours, emotionally, practically and financially for as long as they need us.
