Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Hi! My name is Thomas Brett, me and my brother (Matthew Brett) are currently studying at the Nexus Institute of Creative Arts in Coventry. Nexus is a Christian music school which puts a lot of effort into raising great musicians who are also great men and women who love God.
So far this year has been an excellent experience for us. Although our primary reason for coming to Nexus was to learn more about our instruments, in our time spent here we've also learnt a lot about ourselves and discovered more about the personality of God.
In order to support Nexus and play our part in securing it's future, we will be participating in their annual "RAG Week" (raising and giving week) fundraising event. This is really important as donations play a big part in keeping Nexus alive.
This year we will be trekking 150 Miles over the course of 6 days from Brighton to Coventry as a whole school in order to raise money for this cause. This means we will be walking 25 Miles every day! This task will be quite demanding, both physically and mentally, and will require a lot of rigorous training and discipline on our part in order to achieve.
Me and Matt's joint goal for this trek is to raise £1500, if you are considering supporting us financially in this journey, then we would really appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks for checking out our JustGiving page, we will try and keep you updated with our training progress.
Thanks
Thomas Brett, Matthew Brett.
