Woman's Trust supports women affected by domestic abuse by providing counselling and support groups. Domestic abuse affects 1 in 4 women in the UK, it is the biggest single cause of female depression and mental health problems. Help us make a difference and change women's lives.

Your help means that in turn we are able to support vulnerable women, who often come to us after experiencing years of domestic abuse - and for whom there is no other real specialist mental health support. For example, we have used part of the money to keep therapy support groups running, after the previous grant funding ran out. These groups provide a lifeline for women, especially those who feel alienated from their peers, so they can connect with other women who have experienced similar circumstances. Chase The Sun Charity Run

On June 1st, 9 brave colleagues will be participating in the Chase The Sun run in Hyde park covering 5/10k.

London to Brighton Cycle

Colleagues from the UK HQ office will by cycling from London to Brighton on July 1^st, starting from Richmond Park at 9:30am. This cycle will be an amazing feat for our riders, not only raising money for a great cause but conquering a physical challenge of cycling 55miles over 4/5hours to Brighton, with the aim to raise £500 each and have yummy fish and chips on the beach after!
